A company needed to move off their legacy system into a modern ERP. We met with stakeholders, redesigned their workflows, built ETL scripts to migrate and validate years of data, and provided training and support through the entire transition. The ERP launched successfully and the team hit the ground running from day one.
A company managing a $3M state grant was in trouble. The entire staff had turned over, the data was a mess, and a complex year-end state report was due with no processes in place. Compiling it manually would have taken months and the results would have been unreliable.We cleaned up the data, built processes from scratch, negotiated realistic reporting requirements with grant officers, and automated the entire workflow. A report that would have taken months now runs in seconds with built-in validation to keep the data clean going forward.
A construction company came to us with file storage issues and unreliable internet across their operation. We didn't jump to fixing either — we looked at how the business ran first. The storage problem was file organization, not the system. The internet issues came down to aging network equipment.From there we built it out right. A full network buildout to push connectivity through concrete walls on job sites, automated device onboarding that went from 2–3 hours to under 30 minutes, and restructured systems and HR processes. We continue to serve as their fractional CTO — giving them the leadership without the full-time hire.
An electrical company came to us after their own software vendor failed to fix critical issues and actually lost data in the attempt. This wasn't a minor system glitch. The software held employee hours, client invoices, and full job history. Integrations with their accounting system were broken, and they were stuck running two accounting platforms with no path forward. We backed up their system, performed a complete reimplementation, fixed the integration issues, and consolidated them onto a single accounting platform. We provided training to make sure it stuck. The vendor couldn't solve it. We did.
